Authentication Policy

All handbags submitted for buyout are subject to authentication through Entrupy or another CHA-approved authentication service before a final offer can be confirmed.

If a handbag does not pass Entrupy authentication and is determined to be not authentic, a $100 authentication and processing fee will be charged to the seller before the item is returned or released for pickup.

By submitting a handbag to CHA for a buyout, the seller acknowledges and agrees to this authentication policy and the applicable $100 fee for items determined to be not authentic.
