- We will ship anywhere in the continental United States For $6.99 with our standard shipping.
- Any orders over $100 will receive free standard shipping.
- Orders totaling over $200 will require a signature at the time of delivery. Please ensure you are able to sign at the provided address.
- We will ship internationally for a flat rate of $50 regardless of the order total.
- A signature will be required on orders totaling $200 or more.
- Please note that for international orders, the buyer will be fully responsible for all import taxes, customs, and duties that may incur.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
You may return items purchased online at full price within 3 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return please email us to receive approval & the Merchandise Return Form. They may be returned in person to our Dallas store or by mail to the following address:

After 3 business days have passed since you have received your item we cannot offer a refund. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it and must include any original packaging, original tags or other materials included with the product when you received it. Returned items with missing materials, additional wear or damage will not be refunded or will qualify for a partial refund. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected - if approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 days of receiving your product.
Items purchased during a Sale or with a Promo Code are Final Sale and not eligible for a return or a refund. Clearance items are considered sale items are not eligible for a refund as well. Items purchased with Gift Cards are also not eligible for a return or a refund.
If you haven’t received a refund within the timeframe specified above, first check your bank account again, and contact your credit card company or your bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified about your return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping can be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned product to reach us for processing. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Items that are marked as Exclusive in our online sale will be priced as marked. If a sale were to occur items marked this will be left out of the sale and not eligible for a discount. Promo codes are not eligible for usage on exclusive items as well.
