As the E-Commerce and Social Media Specialist, you will be a key driver of growth across our e-commerce platforms and social media channels. Your role will combine strategic planning, creative storytelling, and performance analysis to enhance our online presence and drive sales.

• E-Commerce Experience: Collaborate with the team to manage and optimize e-commerce platforms, including product research, listings, photography, pricing, and inventory. Platforms include Shopify, eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, and additional platforms as we expand. 
• Social Media Strategy: Design and execute engaging social media campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more to strengthen brand awareness and drive customer engagement. 
• Content Creation: Develop visually stunning, on-brand content, including posts, stories, campaigns, and website updates, that captivate and inspire our audience. 
• Performance Analysis: Track and analyze website and social media metrics, transforming insights into actionable strategies to optimize engagement and sales. 
• Trend Savvy: Stay ahead of e-commerce trends, SEO best practices, and emerging social media tools to ensure we remain innovative and competitive. 
• Team Collaboration: Partner with the marketing manager to align digital strategies with overall business goals. 
• Customer Engagement: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and comments across digital platforms to deliver an exceptional customer experience. 
• In-Store Support: Provide occasional support on the sales floor to maximize daily sales and develop strong client relationships. 

• Proven experience in e-commerce and social media marketing. 
• Proficiency in platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento. 
• Hands-on experience with social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Planoly) and analytics platforms. 
• A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills. 
• Creative flair with a talent for design and storytelling. 
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting. 
• Adaptability and eagerness to embrace new tools, practices, and standards. 
• Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and paid advertising is a plus.
