Shopping & Consigning at Clotheshorse in the COVID-19 Era

Even though the state mask & capacity rules are changing, Clotheshorse Anonymous will continue to follow our current guidelines to maintain a safe environment for our clients & our team, which includes fase masks, social distancing, and limited capacity.

We will also continue to offer consignment by appointment. Virtual appointments, quick drops and front porch pickups are also available.

The shop is open, and we are rolling out new items daily on our re-merchandised sales floor! To keep our clients & staff safe, current COVID prevention guidelines are being followed daily. Our goal is to continue to create a safe & convenient environment for our shoppers and consignors.

For our shoppers:

• Social distancing at 6' apart
• Masks or face coverings are required
• Dressing rooms will be open with social distancing

Additionally, we are offering the following services:

• Virtual shopping appointments by phone
• FB live sales events each week
• Increased online inventory
• Online wish list
• Curbside delivery at CHA, contactless front door delivery, & shipping available for purchases

For Our Consignors:

• Consignment drop-off available is from 10am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday & 11am - 3pm, Saturday (6' distancing implemented)
• Front porch pick-up available
• Mail-in boxes available
• Items may be listed on multiple online selling platforms to increase selling opportunities
• Online consignor access 24/7
