Happy Friday, friends!!! I hope y'all are as jazzed about the weekend as I am. My husband and I are actually on the road for a little weekend getaway. We're Marfa, TX bound and I couldn't be more excited. It's been on my bucket list of places to visit in Texas and we're finally checking it off (sans kids). I'll be keeping you guys updated via instagram if you want to follow along. I'll also do a recap of our trip when we get back.
So the big question is, do you have the most popular boho dress of the season? If you follow several fashion bloggers then I'm sure you have! This Free People dress has been a hot item and I totally get why. The embroidered detail gives it a boho vibes while the ruffle hem keeps things flirty and feminine. Because of the shape it also looks flattering on all body types. It's flowy and doesn't stick to you in all those places we try to hide. I also love that it's double lined so there's no seeing through this guy. This is one of those dresses you can just throw on and go. If I'm being truthful with y'all I wore this dress last Thursday and then washed it to wear again on Sunday. It's that good.
It would also be a great dress option if you are pregnant!
Okay, don't be mad at me for what I'm about to tell you. I found this dress (tags still on) at my favorite consignment store - Clotheshorse Anonymous. Y'all, I'm telling you this is one of the main reasons I love shopping at CA. They have so many items that are still in stock at the store AND still have tags on. This dress was on a manican and I bee-lined to it when I saw it. I ended up paying less than $50 for it! I say all this not to make you jealous, but to just show you that often times when shopping consignment you can find items that have never been worn. It's worth looking!
Oh, and if you do really want this dress, it is still in store, so you can grab it here! It comes in black and yellow, too!
